Water heater is a small apartment-size unit but it doesn't take long to reheat. Please only book if you are okay with this. Our suite is an apartment above a detached garage. The alleyway is well-lit and more like a street. We provided a stereo that will be loud enough to enjoy but not too loud to interrupt neighbors. You will have to go upstairs. The water heater is an apartment-sized unit. it doesn’t take long to reheat. you may hear the garage at times but we try not to use it late. It is above the garage so you may occasionally hear it open​/​close. most people don't find it to be an issue or loud but if it will be an inconvenience we would suggest a different location.
