We ask that no parties are held, as the neighborhood is quiet and family-friendly. The house is also cute and cozy and not suitable for heavier usage created by more guests. Please again, if you have a dog, please clean up after them, including out in the yard. Guests have access to the house, driveway, lawn and garden. If applicable, we ask that you clean up after your pet in order to keep the space clean inside and out. Thank you.
