Bedrooms: This wonderful home features 3 spacious bedrooms, 2 bathrooms & additional space to accommodate 6 guests comfortably. All rooms have a closet and some form of storage. Kitchen: Enjoy cooking in this fully stocked kitchen complete with a Gas Range Stove. You'll find the basic seasonings and oils as well as a few Pots, Pans, Cooking Utensils, etc. Eco-Friendly cleaning supplies are also provided and are underneath the sink. Please only apply a small amount per use as these products are concentrated. Backyard: Luxe patio space with deep fire pit. Laundry: The laundry room has been made available to you as well. Please help yourself to the detergent. Extra towels and linen are also available for your usage. Entertainment: Below, you'll find all sorts of entertainment. TV - There are (2) Smart TV's in the house. (1) One is in Bedroom #1 and (1) in the Living Room Wifi - AT&T high-speed fiber-optic transmission Wifi is available. You'll find the Network Name and Password written on the refrigerator. TV Channels - Feel free to enjoy Netflix, HBO Max, Hulu, and AT&T TV on any of the TV's. Be nice and sign in under the 'guest' profile!!! :) Board games - In the closet of the 3rd bedroom, (the last bedroom in the back) there are playing cards, puzzles, children's books, board games, kickball set, flag football sets, and more! Smart House - There is a smart speaker to aid you in the kitchen. Guest access Guests have access to the entire house as well as the yard. Other things to note The house has beautifully seasoned hardwood floors. With that said, the floors are very sensitive to dirt. They are regularly cleaned professionally but please do your part to keep them clean by wiping your feet before entering. Also, DO NOT attempt to clean floors with any kind of liquid.
